Salesperson 18 Month Required
Courses
Salespersons that qualified for their license having taken the Real Estate Principles course only, are given an 18 month period to complete at least (2) of the required college-level courses listed below to retain their
Salesperson License.
Real Estate Practice is now required as one of the 18-Month required courses. The remaining course can be any one of the license qualifying courses we offer: Real Estate Appraisal, Property Management, Real Estate
Finance, Real Estate Economics, Legal Aspects of Real Estate, California Business Law, Escrows, Mortgage Loan Brokering and Lending.
New DVD Lectures included FREE with these courses: Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Appraisal, RE Economics, Legal Aspects of Real Estate, and Mortgage Loan Brokering and Lending.
Update: A DVD lecture for Property Management is in production, and lectures for Escrows and Business Law will be available in the future.
You may also choose to complete these courses prior to applying for the Salesperson's Exam.
Brokers Courses
Before applying for a Broker License, a total of (8) college-level courses
are required.
Applicants must have successfully completed the following (5) required
courses: Real Estate Practice, Legal Aspects of Real Estate, Real Estate
Finance, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Economics
And (3) courses from the following group: Real Estate Principles,
California Business Law, Property Management, Escrows, Mortgage Loan Brokering
and Lending.
